Our client is a leading maintenance company based in London, Greater London, they provide HVAC engineering services for both commercial and industrial buildings. Due to continued expansion our client is now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their existing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a small team consisting of 2-3 engineers and 2 administration staff and ensuring that the maintenance contracts their team are allocated are looked after and all maintenance up to date.
Applicant Requirements:

• The successful candidate must have strong experience within HVAC Engineering i.e commercial heating & hot water.
• Experience in a ‘Hands on’ mechanical and electrical facilities role.
• Prior working background as a supervisor / manager.
