Maintenance phys

All, I'm lucky enough to have a possible shot at AACC next may, however I seem to have lost my phys mojo...

I can complete the pass-in tests with relative ease (and that's not boasting, just 4 years of decent continuous phys) and frankly I'm a bit bored of doing the same old thing week in, week out. Combined with the fact I'm on a tupperware pusser's grey, I'm trying to find some new stuff to keep me occupied.

I've got access to a concept-2 rower, EZ bar plus upto 40kg of weight and a pusser's blue mat; the amount of space available is just a bit bigger than the mat.

Any-one got any ideas. routines, challenges, etc etc?! Please help me find my mojo!
