Loose minutes

  1. Hi all (again),
    I have another re-entry question:
If your medical docs have been to the SMO(SE), you have been allowed to proceed with your application but there is a 'loose minute' attached to your previous med docs to be taken into consideration by the one doing the medical, what could it mean? It's all very top secret in a sealed envelope in my AFCO file. Has anyone else had any experience with this sort of thing? If so, what was it? And was it sinister? I can't see them allowing me to go through the application stages only for this loose minute to say they don't want me to join!

I'd imagine SMOSE possibly attached caveats for consideration by the AFCO Medical Examiner when determining suitability for service, or perhaps for the PMO of the relevant training establishment, should any pre-existing issue recur.

The content is strictly personal and your AFCO staff will have no knowledge of the content.
  3. Thank you. Will I be allowed to see it?
