LMEM(M) pension at 55

#1
I don't know if anyone else was disappointed with the pension at 55 for a LMEM (M). I think I expected a bit more than 7,400 after 22 years service most of them spent on subs. Then I guess I am lucky to get that especially when I read about those who receive nothing. Unfortunately there was such a wait to get PO even after passing the exams.......I left before I achieved this as the wait was years....

All those years at 3 cans a day and your dripping?
Don't get jealous. I retired with a Chiefs pension and only get £1100 a month. Hardly enough to live on.
