Literature.....

Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I don't want this post to come across like I am attempting to undermine anybody.....

BUT.... It would seem to me that a lot of people are not reading the literature provided to them by the A.F.C.O.

The majority of questions asked here are things that you should already
    know.

I don't know about anyone else, but I start Raleigh in 2 weeks time and my application process has taken around 7 months. In this time I must have read every piece of literature given to me at least five times. As I said I'm not trying to put anyone down, I just don't understand how if you want this so much you are able to overlook such things.

My single biggest piece of advice is to read everything the A.F.C.O give you, and to take it all on board. THEN if you are still unclear ask.... There is nothing wrong with asking questions, as we are told throughout our recruitment we are positively encouraged to do so. But use your common sense also.

    Okay rant over.....

    Best of luck!
