Ladybird's complement will have been recorded in her Pay and Victualling Ledger.
Officers and Ratings were listed with ratings being shown as Hostilities only or Pensioner. Any passengers will be listed under Victuals Only.
Pay and Victualling Ledgers were discontinued c. 1960 when records were recorded electronically.
Should Ladybird's Ledgers survive a visit to National Archives might find them

I've made numerous enquiries to NA
Made a visit
Bought lots of things from their records but still haven't found a list.
Thankyou very much for replying
I will enquire direct asking them for a list. I've been searching their records so far with no joy. Thankyou Bob

Assuming Ladybird carried a Doctor then he (more likely his SBA) would have produced an official nominal list.
The lists had a number that sadly I don't recall.
