Lifestyle Fitness Charity Challege...

In a bid to keep my fitness levels up ive signed up to the Charity fitness challenge at my gym!

Got 4 weeks to complete it. Starts on Tuesday!

120 Minutes on Treadmill
12 Kilometers on Cross Trainer
1200 Calories on bikes

Sounds easyish...haha!
