- The successful candidate must have a strong electrical engineering background with a NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent and be willing to undertake the necessary teaching qualifications.
- Demonstrable background working as a mechanical engineer within a relevant industry.
- Ability to teach a range of engineering subjects.
- Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with all students.
- An appropriate attitude in relation to the use of authority.
