Hi Guys, what level was the Leadership Qualification we acquired after POLC & subsequently what qualifaction did we receive after Divisional Officers Course? I did POLC in 2003 & DO's course 2007.

LRLC and POLC are up there.

I’m not entirely sure they can be backdated. I’m sure if you contacted them, they might map your previous course across. It may require some coursework though.

I had to tell the Joss how to run the mock skippers table. She asked how I knew so much, I said thank for the rehabilitation of offenders act. All my convictions are spent.

Over 60 course work, sod that. If was a freebies yes, just to black cat my son, he has just start that course at level 5?
He takes delight in telling me he passed his masters before I did.
I pointed out that I was on a part time course, because I had a full time job supporting all 3 of my kids at uni at the same time?

Drop them an email oppo, they are really good. When I went for my baby degree they were really good at helping me map mine across as I did the old versions of leadership that weren’t correctly accredited.

After DO's course I thought doing a real table would be basic, what could go wrong? I been trooped enough times in the past. The first table I did as a DO at Raleigh all went well until the joss shouted off caps and like a twat I took mine off.

The Cdr just looked at me and said "force of habit Chief?"

The dit got round Raleigh before the table was over (and the lad got 9's but he was guilty as sin).

Cheers for all the info guys, very helpful, some funny dits thrown in there as well. I think i have missed the boat to get the "actual" qual as the courses were rather a long time ago. Another favour if i may, does anyone have a civvie e mail for the Leadership school admin that may be able to help.
