A very well bred lady decided to move from the city and settle in the country.
She was viewing a cottage and was being shown round by the old chap who was the seller.
She asked where the bathroom was and the old bloke replied that there wasn't one.
The old girl then said "Well you must have a water closet".
Oh yes said the old chap and led her down the garden to an old brick building.
