    SHAKEY IS CURRENTLY SPORTING A LARGE SHINY HELMET AND BIG HOSE AT A REGIONAL AIRPORT.

  13. I hate to admit it but as an ex submariner I now spend my time working on helicopters!

    I don't know which is better but you certainly get a better view from up there than you did down below.

    I went on a course to Yeovilton last year and have to say what a complete bunch of anti social brown hatters they were. So far up their own arses it was unbelievable.

    Okay, so they weren't that bad but I just had to get the WAFUs bristling and ready to bite! :twisted:

  14. Your not alone in the sevice changing department, did sixteen years myself as a wafu (PO Grubber at the end) only to start in the Army in another country. Now Lt tank commander on the armys recovery tank, or as we call it panser battalijon. Still FAA will always hold special memories.
