just passed the psychometric test, got my date for interview, only for it to be postponed, has anyone had problems with security clearance, vetting, personal circumstances??

security clearance will take approximately 3-6 months to be approved......either they DO properly check or it's left in someone's in-tray for a while to age..... :lol: :lol:
Personal Circumstances which will stop you from attending any interview need to be communicated to the AFCO asap so that they can arrange a date which you both can do (oh and make sure you get a name of the person you spoke to at the AFCO......that way there's no come back onyou if it all goes pear shaped!) 8)

got a reply back from the defense vetting agency, shouldnt have any problems they say, just foned the afco, they tell me they are still waiting on a reply, so just have to wait, my interview was arranged for wednesday!!!, ho hum.........all good things an all that i suppose!!
