  1. Royal Navy Sea Kings have flown their final mission over Afghanistan after four years supporting the troops on the ground. The veteran 'Jungly' aircraft of the Commando Helicopter Force have clocked up more than 12,500 flying hours over Afghanistan, safely transporting 80,000 troops in the process.
  2. Proud to be one of the last engineers to operate out of Bastion. Yet again nothing is said of the sterling efforts carried out daily out here. If this had been a RAF flight it would have been front page news!
