Joining a ship - requesting assistance

Morning team.

Am taking my lad to Pompey tomorrow to join his first ship and would appreciate some info.

Can private cars enter the dockyard?

Whether they can or not, is there any way of finding out where the ship is berthed?

Have sent you a PM.

 

Family will need a fleet form 3 to get into the dockyard unless they have the appropriate ID, you should be able to get a temp car pass at the pass office for the dockyard. Just ask at the gate where the ship is berthed they will tell you.

Just don't get confused and take him to your first ship - I'm told Mary Rose is still closed to visitors ;-)
