Is it just me or does everyone have a good chest?

So I've always been skinny and for the past year or so I usually do at least 100-200 push ups a day. The past few weeks I always make sure my first set is at least 50 or 60 in a row. Yet my chest isn't as big as most people's who don't even work out. I know my chest is pretty much purely muscle, is it simply because they have more fat?
