Again in the Sunday Telegraph is a story of the Iranians setting up a base near the point of the HMS Cornwall Fiasco. They of course have a Spy base while the US has established a similar Surveillance Facility.

Under the circustances it seems a reasonable action by the Iranians.

Don't know about anyone else by spy base just conjours up images of trying to run an agent handling operation rather than a radar site. Journalistic license methinks....
