'Interactive' Combat Report from The Guardian

For those who seldom venture over to ARRSE and for the rabid right wing Guardian haters on here who think only the Mail and the Telegraph are able to tell it like it is, see this excellent report about an army patrol being ambushed in Afghanistan. I would recommend that people read the written report first and then watch the interactive video. When viewing it use the arrow in the bottom left of the screen to move it on to the next page and don't forget to click on the flashing circles.
Excellent reading.

Everyone thinks the Taliban are just some bums with AK47s, but they are really good soldiers."

Brings it home to what the lads and lassies are going through out there!!
Impressing and moving. These lads have the spirit and bravery that would make a nation proud. I salute them all

There are many who should really hear these accounts and become aware
Thank fcuk the Taliban did not do what we or the army would have done to any cover (walls and irrigation ditches) immediately outside of the killing ground.
