  1. Hi all,

I wonder if anyone could give me some pointers on trying to find some more information on my Wifes Grandfather. He was called John Wilkinson and he was a Lt Cmdr on motor torpedo boats during the war, he was stationed at Dartmouth for a lot of the war and by all accounts was involved in some of the more clandestine activities. Weirdly he changed the family surname after the war but I don't think this was for any subterfugal reasons.

Any help gratefully recieved even if I am ex Airforce

  4. Brilliant, thankyou so much for your help
