I'm not 'happy' about it at all. I'm also not happy for the bosses to fail to meet their commitments.

Any disruption caused is the fault of those who cause the action - that is the bosses.

I'm sure some will recognise this as a somewhat Marxist view, which it is. I am not a Marxist by any stretch of the imagination - but I firmly believe in this philosophy of his.

To be fair to fink, I doctored his comments a tad...

Chops no sort of reply then. Prison Officers do not have the right to strike now. Police and Service men don't either, your comments indicate that you would support them if they went out. Is this the case?
