  7. Ah yes, I think he may have been in front of me at Lidl's check out last Monday, his personal hygiene left much to be desired and all he had in his basket was 8 bottles of that cheap ullage Lidl's call whisky.

  8. John B Keane was an Author of some note. But about 20 miles from that bar,is a bar called the 'South Pole Bar'. Belonged to a PO Ret. Tom Crean.Was with Shackleton on the whole Antarctic gig.Very interesting man.Very interesting bar, worth dropping in for a tot if anyone on hols in that direction.
