Any leftovers on plates in the open air scran places was put in stainless steel buckets fitted with a lid ready for when Jack rolled up in the early hours , one large scoop of leftovers into wok for a minute or two and supper is ready , a bargain at only 10 HK cents , 14 HK dollars to the pound. :)
