It looks rather tatty. I'll stick to an ROC bunker thanks.

The plushest bunkers used to be outside Moscow in the days of the USSR. Filled with antique (Tsarist) furnishings.... they'd make a interesting luxury hotel experience today. If you had the right contacts in the old Soviet days you could visit them - but the ordinary Russians knew nothing about their facilities.
