Holidays4Heroes - A bit of feedback for you all

Feedback from a generous owner

Dear Dave

Yet another terrific advert for the scheme. She has been thoroughly positive throughout, never complained about the dust or the construction site of the tennis court in front of my balcony even when I asked her about it (unlike another couple who didn't leave the cleaning charge and said it was very dusty and noisy even though you have the 18th green and the 10th tee between you and it) and even said she had fabulous meals at the Tapas Bar, the Italian and Limonero. Never had anyone who thought the food in all three was good before! I have no other bookings after mid October as yet so it is there if you have need of it. We have just had three platoon commanders who have lost legs recently and another who was killed which has made it even more personal for me. As a regiment, we have had 28 killed since we were formed just over two years ago and God knows how many serious casualties.

Feedback from the lady who lost her husband and stayed in his apartment

Hello xxxxx,

Thank you for the use of your amazing apartment.

My friends & I had such a fabulous holiday!!

The complex was lovely, & we enjoyed every minute of it!!! Restaurants & Bars were great!!

I shall definitely be leaving very positive feedback on your website!!

What address would you like me to post the keys to?

The only bad news I have is that two of the tumbler glasses got broke in the dish washer, please let me know if you would like us to replace these or send you some money to cover the cost?

And also we mis placed a green wrist band for the pool so left
xxx euros for the replacement & also xxx euros for the cleaner as instructed.

We have left some toiletries & bits and bobs for your next guests.

Hope you are well,

We'll keep on working to get these people the breaks and help they deserve. thanks for the donations folks.

Monty, who is the Dave? Oooooooooo, I've just realised, it's your partner in Botton!

Keep up the good work and pass my compliments onto Dave! ;)

Do pass on my regards to the German glass-cutter at Botton. I still use her work regularly - drinking malts from them.
