HMS Tyne Decommissioning Ceremony Date

Does anybody know the date of HMS Tyne's decommissioning ceremony?

She is a ship close to my heart and would very much like to attend if open to the public.

It seemed to be being suggested in the press a little while ago that the decommissioning would be at the end of this month.
