HMS Active is a Type 21 frigate which was transferred to Pakistan in 1994 and recommissioned as the PNS Shah Jahan.

Amazon and Alacrity - both decommissioned in 2014
Arrow - still going? Considering she was commissioned 29 July 1976 (6 weeks before I joined up), that's some good going!!

When Active's sinkex appeared on faecesbook last week someone mentioned that Amazon had also been used as a target at around the same time.

I haven't dug into the internet to verify that though.

Dunno!! 1000tonn of what was floating junk!!! Only thing left in 40 seconds was a boiler!!!!
The angle iron below and left of the rotors passed over the top of us. We were a tad close. (Had to get lethality images for the boffins). The crew who took that pic was there for distance and PR shots!!.

I hadn't passed my Fleetboard then I done it on the passage home and got rated just afterwards
Spent many a watch in the SCC with Jenny hopping round the panels
