"A bumper from an off-road vehicle was among the debris cleared from a beach near Plymouth by Royal Navy litter-pickers.

Small pieces of plastic and cigarette lighters were also picked up by the team from HMS Raleigh in Torpoint.

The task force of over 60 sailors, together with a group of civilian staff, scoured the Tregantle Beach in Whitsand Bay."

Before the PSOF start, the white tabs on the epaullettes denote they are a Phase 2 trainee and the brown boots are general issue replacing the black high sided combat boots

Never thought of this, seen people wear them in combats and they look good. Look a bit shit in 4's though.

 

All the new combat boots are also available in black so why the flip are we wearing them in brown?

 

Saw some Phase 1's recently, some had black, some had brown.

Availability of sizes maybe?

There was some RM knocking about and they were all wearing the brown boots in the pics.
