Help settle a ROS argument!

Hi everyone, long time lurker but I've just registered to settle a dispute! Would love to get a proper answer please.

Just want to know RoS for a stores AB. Qualified last year if that makes a difference, accepted £5k golden hello. I think it's 3 years, my friend swears it's 4! Help us out?

Depending on branch it's normally 4 years once you've passed the 6 month mark, it may be 4 years once you've reached OPS, as in qualified.

Ready to be corrected but I think I'm right. NS will probably have the definitive answer.

The contract you joined on, if already trained, is Standard Initial Training Period (SITP) + 30 months Return of Service (RoS) + 12 months notice to quit.

SITP depends on branch.
