Helmand's Provincial Governor, Gulab Mangal, has officially opened the new bridge at Checkpoint Salaang, which was built by the Task Force Helmand Engineer Group as part of Operation OMID HAFT.

That bridge looks very familiar, could it be the one I was walking across in West Cumbria not that many months ago?
