Our client based in Reading, Berkshire is a leading supplier of engineering services to their prestigious client base. They are now looking for a Health, Safety Quality and Environmental Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will use their knowledge and skills to promote a positive Health and Safety culture in the workplace. You will be responsible for ensuring that employers and workers comply with safety legislation, safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to both in the client’s workshops, offices and customers sites across all branches. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and reviewing protective and preventative health and safety, quality and environmental measures.

Please note this position is predominantly based in Reading, however it involves occasional travel throughout the UK, therefore candidates must be flexible.

This vacancy presents itself as an exciting opportunity for a person who has previously served in the Armed Forces i.e. British Army, Royal Air Force or Royal Navy with previous experience of Health & Safety management.
