  3. All very fascinating, and some good points brought up. Interesting that the scapegoat in most cases appeared to be the MoD rather than individual services.

    I was concerned about the lack of interest in stronger legislation protecting reservists. The argument "but they'll find a way round it anyway" isn't constructive or helpful. Of course, it also totally failed to consider the possibility of incentivising said employers. Presumably because it costs money...
