I was lucky enough to meet him, what an absolute legend. It was an honour to meet him. He sang, he joked and he's got one hell of a handshake!

Surely being the only suviving member of the Royal Navy Air Service is a higher accolade than being the only founder member of the crabs?

Harry Patch the only other surviving member of the two wars was 111 years old the other day too. Belated happy to both. How come the fcuckwits of this country get knighthoods and recognised as " Greats" and these two TRUE HEROES get fcuck all. God bless you both comrades.
