The pilots in the AAC can be NCOs as opposed to commissioned occifers in the RN.

 

The Marines were supposed to get WAH-64's to replace their Lynxes but Neue Arbiet cut the order.

As for the AH64 on Ocean. Beats the living crap out of the old Wasp in strike mode.
