GUMPATHON (Booties and friends run across the US)

Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Copied and pasted from Facebook. These guys are raising money for H4H and Semper Fi by running from New York to San Diego (as Forrest Gump 'did'). Personally I am going to be supporting them because H4H are now passing money to Combat Stress, etc.

    Guys and Gals....

3 days until we fly out to the USA and just over a week before we start upon our journey.

Now is the time to show us your support...

If everybody in this group was to donate a £1/$1.50 that would be great, but if every body was to donate £10/$15.. then that would be amazing!!!

Also, you can ask your friends to do the same... Yes it will take you a little bit of time and is a bit of a pain, but think about who you will be supporting when doing so.... Our injured servicemen and women who for the rest of their lives, nevermind the 5 minutes it takes to make a donation, will can be or will be in pain for the rest of their lives...

Simply click on the big red button our our website

Thank you so very much in advance for your kind donation....

Big things from small seeds grow.... Help us grow something big!

    Warmest regards

Re: GUMPATHON (Run Across The US) Merged Threads

Whenever you whinge about life, take a leaf out of Mark Ormrod's book. Commando Ethos writ large.

They have fallen short of their fund raising target. It is not too late to donate.

SD. Would this be a case for multi forums?

V8TC, I've already merged several threads on various fora to get this one. Bumping one thread keeps it on the front page where it should have been for the last 10 weeks. We missed a trick there.

  9. The welcoming committee was a bit sparse, would have been thousands if it had been over here.
