Getting FAT again

Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. So back in the selection process, back on rum ration and feeling good again!

Just a quick question for the mile high club, if I've passed my FAT before and scored a pass for what Want (pilot) what are your thoughts on doing this again to get a better score or going on with the process to get to the selection board as quick as possible?

Doing FAT again means waiting for the backlog of candidates to clear and pushes earliest entry back

Continuing means having only passed for pilot , don't know if the selection board will look at that in a shaded light .

If you've passed FATs at a high enough score for the job you want then the AIB score should be the critical selection factor.
  3. Okay cheers ninja thanks for that! Think I'll continue then and try to get to that stage asap.
