Windlesham Parish Council, one of the largest parishes in the country is looking to appoint a Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer with the drive, determination and organisational skills to manage a varied workload.
In addition to managing the day-to-day work of the Parish Council, the post holder will work closely with Councillors to plan and implement the aims and objectives of the Council.
The ideal applicant will have administrative and financial experience, knowledge of local government and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for working with residents and local organisations.
The Council is looking for a bright, dynamic and resourceful individual who can lead it forward through its next stage of development. The Council will require the applicant to either have the qualification in local government administration or to obtain this within six to twelve months.
