Fitness in phase 2 training?

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. How much fitness do you get after you have passed out of HMS Raleigh? I know it will be mostly college work we will be doing but is there any other fitness training thrown in there as well?

    Dont remember being allowed to skive off in the afternoon or turn up when I felt like it in Phase 2! :)

    You normally get a couple of lessons a week of PT though, with or without a PTI.
  5. Find out when you get there! Should go gym a fair bit anyway..
  6. You do the RNFT (we did a bleep test) in week one, then 2 PT sessions a week and as much sport/gym as possible
  7. You can also do as much as you want in your free time.

  8. Weekly sport was compulsory for all courses at Sultan last time I was there, but as SRs, we were trusted to organise our own. We went nine-pin bowling at the Queen Charlotte every Wednesday.
