  1. after 9 weeks at raleigh....are you required to keep up your fitness?
  2. No, you have to put on 8 stone, drink 20 pints a night and smoke 40 fags a day so you're ready for your ANNUAL fitness test :roll:
  3. No. It is completely acceptable to put yourself and your oppos lives at risk by becoming a fat lazy twart. You are encouraged to sit on your arse and eat chips and pies happily taking the Queen's shilling whilst maintaining the lowest possible personal standards.

    I am ritually abused, persecuted and punished for having the audacity to ensure that I am capable of smashing a CFT and doing the odd half-marathon.
    How silly of me to waste my time with such things when it is merely a matter of personal pride and being fit to fight.
