No such mistake here - http://royalnavy.mod.uk/operations-and-support/surface-fleet/future-ships/queen-elizabeth-class/cv-class-news/steel_cut_for_the_se.htm - although apologies in advance for the tautology of "biggest ever" - I did at least split the phrase up.
I did have to explain to someone at Whitehall that it was, however, perfectly grammatically correct to write "the USS George H W Bush"...
And don't get me started on "less" and "fewer"...
