My client is a leading provider of installation and maintenance services within the printing industry. They provide turnkey solutions to their prestigious blue chip client base across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Due to continued development and expansion they now require a Field Service Customer Support Engineer. The successful candidate will ideally live within a reasonable commute of an airport and will travel in the UK as well as Mainland Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will be responsible for travelling to customer sites carrying out the installation, service, maintenance and repair to a range of printing machinery. Candidates wishing to apply must be towards travel and staying away from home overnight. You must hold a valid passport in order to be considered.

  • Proven multi-skilled Electro-Mechanical background with Electrical & Electronics skills are essential for this role.
  • Hold minimum NVQ Level 3/HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with proven service, maintenance and repair background with knowledge of motors, pumps, fuses, solenoids, relays, PLC’s, switches, sensors etc.
  • PC Literate - IT and print related applications as well as Windows Operating system knowledge.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of PLC’s.
