Few quick questions before I apply

Quick Question

Can I just go into my local AFCO to arrange an ICP or do I have to do it via the call centre number on the website? As they were a nuisance the last time I had to ring them way back.

I went to the office instead of phoning any numbers, and I think it would have been best if I called because the CA had a few people doing medicals, that day so it was a bit hectic. However, he was still very nice and talked to me, and booked me on for an ICP.
