The game on every (Naval) aviator’s Christmas list.
NOW AVAILABLE at all good training establishments.
In time for Christmas, instructors at RNAS Culdrose have designed (and made) a set of bespoke board games to help students on 824 Naval Air Squadron learn how to hunt for submarines. Next term, the games will be used at the Merlin Training Facility, alongside conventional teaching methods and hi-tech simulators, to train student aircrew who will one day have to use those skills for real.
This is not about playing games. This is about learning tactics by doing.
Could have been a Submariner, just grabbed first skid lid that fit, after Xmas drinks?
What's wrong with a bit of graph paper
and a paper barrier? Battle ships is not complex, trust the WFU to go OTT, does it have suck backs and blow backs?
