Hello,
I was wondering if anyone may be able to shed light on how much the FATS scores are considered at AIB.
I recently sat them and passed for pilot. He said that it wasn't the best pass but that the AIB would call me up regardless (I am still waiting on a date for AIB).
With current recruitment levels, is an average pass enough to be selected, assuming success at AIB, as a pilot? Do FATS scores weigh as heavily as other components? Or is a pass, a pass - and thus enough to identify you as a potential pilot?
Obviously my main aim is to pass AIB strongly enough to be selected for BRNC soon after but I was wondering how much my FATS scores would influence the final decision.
Regards,
