    Our client are looking for a pro-active Facilities Management Coordinator to work in their in house Cambridge Assessment facilities team, who will be responsible for the management and delivery of, cost effective and performance driven facilities services across the Group’s estate. The successful post holder will be accountable for leading a small in-house team and outsourced staff ensuring first class customer experience at all times.

    Requirements:
    • Facilities Management related qualification or significant previous experience in a related industry.
    • Data Protection qualification - or willingness to undertake training and examination.
    • Environmental Management related qualification - or willingness to undertake training and examination e.g. NEBOSH Environmental diploma.
    • Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead and motivate people.
