  1. Hi again.

I just wanted to know if anyone knows if it's a bar to joining the RN (or otherwise something which limits you in some way, such as choice of roles) if one has previously served in another Western European military. I've heard of people transferring between Australias Navy and New Zealands, but as those are quite close to Britain in a military, cultural and linguistical context more so than most, I just imagined there might be special rules for them. Say if you join up as a dual-citizen from a Scandinavian country for instance, does anyone expect there to be any issues?

I know it can be difficult to ascertain, but it's just nice to be more sure of things, one way or another.

    Thank you all :).
