"MoD civilian staff are being balloted on industrial action over proposals to merge its Defence Procurement Agency and Defence Logistics Organisation. The proposals affect staff at over 6 MoD sites and around 2,500 union members are being balloted."

It is begining to look like and Autumn if Discontent, wasn't that the sort of way the last Labour government fell.
