My client provides total facilities management solutions to a number of industry sectors within both the private and public sectors throughout the majority of the UK. The successful candidate will provide to the Executive Board and other relevant staff, expert support on contractual and legal requirements for contract compliance. This will include guidance on planning and implementation of life cycle programming, minor works and maintenance programmes while maintaining focus on value for money and cost effectiveness. Liaising with the Chief Engineer, to create, review and maintain a robust system of planned maintenance programmes that ensure integrity and reliability of service systems and fabric.

The role will entail line management responsibility for the project quantity surveyor(s), management of external consultants and contractors, and liaising with clients and external bodies on a regular basis. Due to the travel involved with the role, the ideal location for candidates is the Midlands. Candidates living in this area are encouraged to apply.
