Engineering officer or engineering advanced apprenticeship

Hi, I’m currently taking my A levels in maths and physics. I was looking at trying to become an engineer officer (so having to attend university) but have been made aware of the advanced apprenticeships.
Could anyone advice me what qualifications I would obtain if I chose the advanced apprenticeship route.

Apprenticeships can be found under the role finder on RN website... quoting link below "At least 48 UCAS points in A-levels (or equivalent) in Mathematics and a STEM subject"

Rich - the ONLY thing I regret about my 23 years is that I never went officer. I had lots of opportunities but blew them into the long grass until it was too late. Why do I regret it? Well, my pension would be MUCH larger.

If you have the desire and educational ability - go for it. Read up on the AIB as that is the first hurdle. If accepted you'll be on a good wedge from day 1.

If you do not have the points or fail the AIB, go in for the accelerated app or whatever they are calling it this week. If you shine, there will be opportunities to go for officer. Again, you'll be on a good wedge from day 1.
