Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Can anyone advise me as to what the medical for the RFA entails?

  6. The ENG1 involves a urine test, sight test, they will measure you for height weight, BMI, hernia test, you answer general medical questions. If need be they might give you a step test. they are testing your basic health levels and any major things like diabetes are tested in the urine test.It is not a fitness test involving running around, but is a fit to carry out your duties at sea test.ENG1 is carried out every 2 years and you have to have one to work at sea in the RFA. Hope that helps.
