The stock answer to most of these type of problems is"to ring your AFCO" It probably applies to your problem too.

With regard to your forthcoming Psychometric Test, please read the advice below.
The Psychometric Test, also known as the Naval Service Recruit Test (NSRT) is designed to
assess your ability to complete training for the specialisation you have chosen to apply for.
More details of the NSRT content and example practice questions can be found at Link here.
Additionally, you can also use the NSRT App to practice an example of the full test against the
clock at Link here. To give yourself the best possible chance of passing you should complete
the practice tests before attempting the NSRT.
Passports
All candidates for the Naval Service must be in possession of a full UK, Commonwealth or Irish
passport. If you do not possess such a document you will be requested to obtain one following
successful interview and medical. Application forms for UK passports can be obtained from any
Main Post Office.
National Health Card
If you do not hold a national health card then you can obtain the number from your GP or
Medical Centre where you are registered. A National Health number should contain 10 digits. If
you still hold a card that starts with a series of letters then a new number should be obtained.
You must bring in the following original documents to prove identity, failure to do so will result in
you not being allowed to sit the test.
1. Original Birth Certificate and any Change of Name or Adoption Documents you may
have (copies are not acceptable).
2. Marriage Certificate (If applicable).
3. Any Passport(s) and Naturalisation documents that you possess. (see Para 3)
4. Any Educational Certificates that you possess.
5. National Insurance Card.
6. National Health Card. (see above).
7. Signed Parental Consent Form if not previously submitted
It is regretted that no compensation can be paid for loss of time from work.
