Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Did anyone watch it??

Very emotive especially the wounded Afghani children
  2. Very good programme. However, methinks all these programmes about Afghanistan all of a sudden - why? At least this one was better than Warzone, but then again Sponge Bob is better than Warzone. Will they be watching these programmes and discussing them in the Palace of Westminster? Hmmm, maybe not, spineless gits.
  3. Defintely shows Camp Bastian in a different light to Warzone. I enjoyed it far more than Warzone
  4. I would say that it was highlighting the good work provided by the medics in Bastion.

BZ all the medics for a fine job
  5. Very good programme and I for one think they deserve a big pat on the back for the great work they are doing out there.

  6. Agreed SM

There are many unsung heroes out there doing good work
  7. Yep good programme BZ for the reserves and regulars out there
  8. Being a state registered coward I admire these staff and all they do.
I for one couldnt do it but I supposed if drafted I would have too.Gulp!

Well done to all of them,I've actually trained some of theses guys and girls prior to going there mainly in paeds and their determination and dedication is an example to all.

BZ to the lot of them.
  9. I also thought it was much better than warzone!
